Terrence Fernando

Terrence Fernando

Managing Director

Terrence has been involved with the world of landscape for over thirty years, starting with his hands firmly in the soil working with the National Parks Boards (then Parks and Recreation). Learning the skills of horticulture through hands-on activity, he then pursued studies in Ornamental Horticulture before project managing a ‘design build’ landscape contracting firm, implementing projects both large and small. This foundation of practical experience Terrence uses to great effect.

Terrence has worked for many years alongside numerous Architects and Landscape Architects, produced work of enduring quality in both design and standard of execution. In 1999 Terrence and Henry Steed commenced their own design practice growing this to become ICN Design. His belief is there’s a solution to every problem, and he invites the challenge of complex projects. Terrence is recognized as one of the key players in the field of landscape architecture, and brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to raising standards and practice in Singapore and across the region.
